Our Story
In 2023, we started Cosmic Chameleon Cakery! We attended the Springfield Farmers Market weekly and were able to start building our brand! From the beginning, we knew we wanted to do more, but were not sure what that would look like! In 2024, we learned about a mini school bus for sale and the rest is history! We spent more than a year building our custom food truck while attending markets and filling custom orders! In August 2025, we launched Magic Rainbow Cafe!
